Kiralie Konde

Kiralie Konde is an Aging Life Care Manager™ and licensed Social Worker. She holds her Master's degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College and is certified as an Advanced Social Work Care Manager from the National Associate of Social Workers (NASW). She has been coordinating care for aging and chronically ill individuals for 19 years with extensive experience in long-term care, health care, hospice, home care and Medicare care management.
Kiralie will listen to your concerns and explain the different care options that will help you make informed decisions by weighing the pros and cons of each scenario. She will guide and assist you throughout the entire life care planning process for you or your loved one.
